CIR-CII

The Referencing of CIR-CII consulting actors is a system led by the Mediator of companies, built with the actors of Research Tax Credit (CIR) and Innovation Tax Credit (CII) and client companies, helping to optimize operations of the innovation chain.

It is, for innovative companies, a pledge of confidence and excellence in ILCEOS’s ability to maintain a mutually responsible contractual relationship and to carry out its advisory missions.

For ILCEOS, it is the official recognition of its expertise, the professionalism of its teams and the soundness of its methodology, as well as its daily commitment to the satisfaction of its customers.

This referral is issued for 3 years by the Referral Authority, after obtaining the opinion of the Referral Committee made up of equal parts of representatives of consulting players and client companies. It is subject to annual monitoring which takes into account information from stakeholders, ILCEOS’s ability to adapt to changes in the framework, its environment and its own organization.

Certification OPQCM

The OPQCM is an independent organization in its decisions, recognized by the French State, associated with its creation and participating in an advisory capacity in its bodies; it was created on the initiative of the Chambre Syndicale des Sociétés d’Etudes et de Conseils – Syntec – and the Chamber of Consulting Engineers of France – CICF, now CINOV.

The specificity of the OPQCM qualifications comes from the instruction by peers, experts in their fields, and the collegial view carried by a tripartite body guaranteeing the impartiality of the functioning of the qualification body.

They are the only ones existing in their fields of intervention in France. For the buyer, it is the certainty that the qualified structure is committed to a quality approach and has done everything possible to meet the qualification criteria.

The OPQCM certification recognizes the professionalism of ILCEOS (ethics, competence of trainers / consultants, customer satisfaction, suitability of service providers to areas of expertise) and is based on compliance with the following 5 criteria:

  • Compliance with regulations,
  • The adequacy of skills and technical and human resources for the missions carried out,
  • Customer satisfaction,
  • Financial sustainability,
  • Compliance with the code of ethics, the code of professional conduct and the internal regulations.

The OPQCM qualification constitutes a decisive reference for professionals, customers and public authorities. According to the decree of December 19, 2000, it is mandatory for consulting firms providing legal services on an ancillary basis.

Certification Project Management Professional

The certification is based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge guide as well as the PMI code of ethics of professional conduct.

It covers the following five process groups of project management: start-up, planning, execution, monitoring and control, closing.

The questions address the ten areas of expertise, namely the management of integration, content (scope), deadlines, costs, quality, human resources, communications, risks, procurement and finally parts stakeholders.

The review requires a very good understanding of the input data, tools and techniques and the output data of the 49 processes mentioned in the repository, including the sequencing of the various processes.

This exam validates the theoretical knowledge of the PMI repository as well as the practical experience of the candidate. Although it is composed only of multiple-choice questions, it asks the candidate to transpose himself into real situations in which he must apply the precepts of PMI.

PMI, in its PMP Exam Content Information Guide, available on its website, explains all of the project manager activities that are included in each of the process groups mentioned.

These activities are periodically reviewed by a global audit of thousands of project managers to ensure that the review is aligned with the reality of the project manager’s job.

ILCEOS employees (the most senior) have obtained the PMP certification, recognized worldwide, which validates the ability to manage projects and use modern management tools.

To benefit from it, you must have significant experience in project management, have followed a project management course of at least 35 hours and have passed the certification exam (QCM of 200 questions in 4 hours).
